Workstation & Server Requirements

Each workstation must have any current version of Microsoft Office Professional (32-bit) or Microsoft Office 365 (32-bit) that includes Microsoft Access. Beyond that, our software does not require extensive hardware or software specifications. We would create an exclusive shared folder on your server or on a designated workstation if you don't have a server.

We will assume you have a stable network environment, a backup strategy for all your data and relatively fast Internet connectivity (so we can provide remote support). We ask that your IT department either install a Splashtop Streamer client application we provide, install the free version of AnyDesk (www.anydesk.com) or provide us with a user access account for outside support (TeamViewer, for example).

The following specifications are required for the workstations and server:

• Computer and processor - 1 GHz or faster 64-bit processor
• Memory - 8 GB RAM
• Hard disk - 30.0 GB available disk space
• Display - 1024 x 768 screen resolution
• Graphics - hardware acceleration requires DirectX 10 card.
